8.1 Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks. PB Travel Angel is not liable for:

Flight delays, cancellations, or overbookings by airlines
Hotel or accommodation issues, including overbooking or quality concerns
Illness, injury, or accidents during travel
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Changes to visa requirements, entry conditions, or government travel advisories
Events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism

8.2 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. If the ACL applies to you, and we supply services to you that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.
